Do what I started doing. Whenever I hear my wife gripe about stuff (typical women gripes about fashion, beauty, hair, ailments, etc) I usually tell her "go to Google and find the solution to it, don't gripe to me about it".

Then I just sit and watch. It's the best way I know how to get inside the average internet searcher's head.

I'm happy to say that once the campaign was active, my very first click was a conversion.

I hate being on the savvy end of the interwebs curve. I believe it clouds our better judgment when it comes to learning what average people are really searching for.

It's hard to do without people wondering what the heck you are so nosey about but I love to be able to peek over the shoulders of the average joe/josephine.
