Online Credit Card Processing

Hi looking for online credit card processors which you can process credit card numbers from customers (e.g. for phone transactions), but don't require you to have a business (will be setting up the business soon, looking for a short term solution in the meantime).

I've looked into paypal terminal but you need to have a business.


Any suggestions?

No there's basically no good solution if you don't have a business. Even Stripe requires a business. Also it's kinda dumb to take credit cards without a proper business formation.
 
We use 2checkout and it works great.. They do fraud check and everything. Weekly wires, where not one has been late in the last 2 years. The fees are medium high, but I can live with them, because with them I avoid Paypal crap..

Yeah same here but 2co fraud check system sucks when it comes to credit card processing.

I have myself witnessed lots of chargeback after months of payment. Peoples pay with stolen cards etc. So beware of that.

Yeah and those legal services end up boning you for $299/year to "maintain the corporate paperwork"
 
Here is how the shady pharma sites and etc would bypass those stupid bank and CC processing things.

They setup a fake business eCom website, looks totally fine, CC company or bank reviews it and gives them the okay.

Next they just abandon the processing on the mock site and process with their shady/spamming/pharma sales!

BLAM!

of course this is highly illegal and I discourage any others from doing such. (this worked in the 2005ish era so not sure if you could still do such).
