I think you're working on it already, but CHANGE THE URL ASAP! "Hulu" is trademarked and News Corp won't hesitate shutting you guys down.

I don't see any News Corp owned TMs, but a search of the TM database shows this fella, Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) has it trademarked for streaming video. The other TMs are for fish and wine.
