Hello dir frens,

I wanted to bring something to the table, it may be worthless or it may not. It is about Opes Media, everybody know by who is operated I suppose, Larby Amirouche and Deepak's cousin (forgot his name) which act as the president of the company.

First of all I want to mention we got paid at the end … well at least the majority of the amounts in invoices due.

There were a couple of problems with them and I am not only talking of problems with my account only but with other people and friends who worked with them as well, some of those issues are:

1. They delay payments for weeks, and never paid on time.

2. One day when they decided and felt like start paying gradually ( yes we had to wait for several wires/weeks to be paid ) they just decided to come and say something like this:

"we are sorry but our system was fucked up by our developers, and customers were being billed multiple times this caused a lot of chargebacks which we are going to deduct from you"

In my case were hundreds of leads deducted.

Oh great, just because they made a mistake and charged multiple times the customer instantly and this lead the customer to chargeback now they feel to pass the loss to the affiliates.

I brought the name the Opes Media Management team since they were the ones who 1 Refused to pay for those leads 2 The ones who caused all the delays in payments and changed previous deals, ex they told me from the beginning to bring my traffic to them that I was gonna be paid weekly or even daily if I wanted as with any other network.

Also they said that the issue was since January but was fixed the same month, so at the beginning they just deducted like 120 leads, but then they come back again later and say oh the issue was just fixed last week and you will be deducted more. I complained to my AM which was Rob who I know now for several years and we have done business in the past, but he said:

" well what can I do? I tried several times to make understand Management about this but they will just not understand since they have a lot of cash-flow issues, and they are not paying those leads"

I'm not sure I can call them scammers as they paid most of the money they owed me which was nothing crazy but significant a significant amount $xxx, xxx.xx , also when all delays happened something that pissed me off back then was "hey but what does it matter if we pay you now or later anyway you have a lot of money and you don't really need it right now" ahhhhh WTF , it may be true or may not a but thats not of their business.

Also I was sent a list of leads which were deducted from me in an excel file and funny thing was that there was the column referrer and other offer, and 99% of those referrers and offers were not mine. Shady and dumb isn't? Then I told them hey this are not even my referrers, and then again "oh probably the developers messed up the system again and the referrers and corresponding offers are wrong" SUREEEE!

Pretty much that's all, I just felt like bring this up since, even tho they just deducted $xx,xxx.xx from me worth of leads, fuck that was mine and is pretty much worth a weekend of party for me :( so wont be partying next week due to that.

I know they don't deal with affiliates direct anymore, but still.

Take care bros

^^ true story. Shady ass company.

Specially the part where they sent everyone a list of allegedly dupe leads with refferers that I had never seen was hilarious. You could tell Larby and Dee were just trying to save ~15% of their costs.

Funny thing is, after they apparently had all dupe sale errors fixed, they kept stealing 10-15% of their affiliates earnings...

Cheers.

ohh Opes media...I remember them... Robert Camhe spammed me so many times to join their network...glad I didn't.

Took a while to pay here too, from God knows what companies.. They had frequent short downtime on the offers that'd be difficult to notice. Funny enough, it was other networks that would be informing me of their offers being down.

What was your % of dupes?

Around 10-15%

lol rob camhe from traffix / hot rocket is now opes? lmao and ripping people off? man rob was my boyyy

I just want to clarify I never said Rob was the one who did this, as I know he didn't I know him as well from back then and he is a smart and hard working guy, at least on my experience with him so far. I don't intend that he turns into a collateral damage of this, besides he no longer works there.

I had this happen as well, had chargebacks with them. Funny thing is with my traffic, if it would not have been for the chargebacks I would have been profitable, but after 2 weeks or so, and the chargebacks, overall it was a bust. They did wire me once but am still waiting on the rest from them.

As for Rob, hes a stand up guy and really got done wrong by those guys (or so my understanding of the story is).

Long story short, ran with them through copeac for a long time and everything was awesome, ran with them direct and things just sucked over and over.

Will make me think twice about going direct with anyone again. Also it is worth noting, that my AM at copeac told me opes did chargebacks on them as well for the dups and copeac just ate the cost and paid out full amounts to affiliates. Just one more great reason to run with them.

The dude wears bright blue sneakers and smells like cheap weed and semen. What did you expect?
