Opinion About MediaTrust - Are They Scammers

in defense of media trust i can't say much more good about them, i had an issue earlier this year that left me over $1k short after a wire was sent to the wrong account and i got hit by some heavy exchange fees. all it took was one email to my AM and within a few days i'd been rewired the balance plus a full apology. no fuss, a top notch professional team.
Ok, I know Mediatrust aren't scammers. I was desperate and thought there could be a chance they never sent the check, which I now know it's impossible.
So the only thing I need from them is to act as a responsible network and help me get my money back. I have just contacted Geoff and asked him if they could contact their Bank to get who and where cashed this check. Who was the financial institution that finally mailed the check to Mediatrust's Bank.
If I get where the check was cashed here in Uruguay I could probably go to the police with my ID and a copy of the cashed check, and show that wasn't me who cashed it, and tell them where the check was cashed so they can have an investigation on this.
Geoff please, if you can get this information send it so I can see if I can get this money back.
