If you can teach the employee the stuff, there would be absolutely no problem at all. I face this issue quite a few times where people ask:
"What can your guy do, Can he do blog commenting?"

Ah, c'mon fellas, how difficult is it to teach someone blog commenting?

We now have 2 content writers available @ $995/mo.
They're pretty good at their job though you might see a couple grammatical errors here and there. However, it would be nothing that couldn't be rectified easily.
