For all you guys that are doing content and media buying, I need to outsource my creative designs to a solid designer team. I recently used getafreelancer dot com and the creatives are complete garbage as the free lancers dont understand the main point behind a creative in affiliate marketing, HIGH MFN CTR. Anyways, if you guys have had good experience with solid designer teams that yielded good ctrs, please drop a few names. Id rather drop more cash on a solid creative than few bucks on a crappy one.

no one is going to tell you the designers they work with if they are actually good.. generally, I design all of my creatives myself as I know what types of images/headlines/calls to action will get better CTR and stay relevant to the campaign. I suggest you pickup a copy of CS4 and start messing around with it & reading up on tutorials
My best advice is to find someone good and stay with him/her forever. Over time the person learns what is important and what not. Also regarding Ads that click: of course you have to advice him what to do (like a storyboard), and then let him do his flash-magix ...
There are so many excellent graphic artists out there looking desperately for a job, shouldn't be hard to split test a good person out of it...
Btw. I used to make my creatives myself as well, then I switched to a good graphic artist and outsourced it, keeping a close relationship ... My CTR tripled on my display ads.

Thumoney, excellent graphic artists are never desperate. Just the bad and mediocre ones.

If you are looking for a designer for the long term, it's best to find a good one who knows exactly what you want. I would check other freelancing sites such as elance.com and craigslist.org where you can find some great designers for a good price. You will get lots of proposals and will eventually find some great designers to work with.
If you just need landing pages, hit me up. I do design and yes I have a portfolio. I don't have any room for any large orders But I have time for landing pages, headers, and little shit.
