I think they're good quality, if I had it my way it would be 100% magazine themes with thumbnails and just excerpts on the homepage like gizmodo, techcrunch, and businessinsider have but nobody would buy it if they didn't get the homepage link juice. I don't insert links out to other sites but a few other people have and if you want to use some of your link slots for that purpose you're more than welcome to.
Yea foreign language keywords are no problem just understand that the content itself will be in English. raw urls, brands, generics are all fine.

Yea they do but this isn't a topical PBN, even if they did have topical trust flow they'll have articles and links across all topics.
