Override a frame break?

I usually send my offers through my own domains with a frame redirect so when the offer comes up, the user sees mydomain.com as opposed to offer.com/asdf897s9a08sadfs9adsf. I'm testing a couple offers that break out of that and do some sort of refresh I think that overrides it and the URL bar always shows the offer.com/asdf89sa7f link. Is there any way to not allow it to do this and to show my own domain name?

Normally, this is done by a javascript. (google for framebreaker).

As javascript is executed clientside, no chance of overriding it.

be careful iframing offers because some won't track if they're iframed in IE.

You can stop some breakout code from working. Depends on how the frame buster is written though.
