It's LA County Jail Wesley. LA is the place to commit a crime man. Yeah the jail is fucken crazy as fuck but you can get sentenced to a year in county jail and you will only server 30 or so days.
I had a 6 months sentence and I got out in 24 days. Yes the worst 24 days of my life but any other county jail I would have done 4-5 months of that sentence.

She refused to eat jail food, so they let her out.
The amount of special attention and favoritism here is disgusting. I hope Sarah Silverman does something.

What a fuckin joke! From what I understand America has the highest percentage prison population in the world - mostly drug offences, which 9 times out of 10 don't affect anyone negatively. Yet someone who endangers other people's lives by driving drunk and without a licence gets treated like this.
What a fucked up country!! No better here though... except celebs often get harsher treatment - to set an example - still bullshit. Everyone should be treated the same.

We all know that Paris is famous(for what, I still dont understand...) but seriously, drunk driving, thats some shit right there - She should go to jail, just like everyone else, if the bitch cant deal with eating prison food let her ass starve...
This whole thing with getting to be isolation or solitary because they dont want her with the rest of the prison population is ridiculous - Let that bitch fend for herself...

lol. dude. im not going to defend her. i felt bad about her jail sentence because i like her. I thought it was odd that other celebs (like lindsay lohan crashing on coke and booze last week) getting away with shit and paris got busted and she was not even drunk. They did not breathalyze her, she was just speeding and even the paparazzi who followed her said she was not drunk.
Celebs get what they deserve when the shit hits the fan.. but they always get out of it. Funny what money can buy.
Look at Martha Stewart, she came out stronger in the end, her stocks went up even higher.
As for Paris getting out early. She did exactly what her lawyers told her to do, refuse to eat the food.. Because if she got sick from it or anything bad happened to her, the Hilton family would string them along in court for many years to come and that would cost $$ that they cant afford to waste. I think that they probably decided what its worth, house arrest, or court.
It was not Paris, it was the crooked LA lawyers. Very smart, and very slick, but crooked none the less.

i've been incarcerated many times and there are old men litterally dying on there on the floor bleeding puking etc. cancer, aids, heroin addicts , alcoholics etc. and they dont get a fucken early release.
I guarantee the judge will make her go back in because this wasnt court orders but jails orders and the courts always have the last say.
