partypoker, software bundling, payperpost questions

I have a few random questions about affiliate networks:

1) which affiliate network or how do people advertise with partypoker?

2) We have built a special type of video software and want to bundle it, anyone have connections on with what or ways of monetizing simple freeware software

3) how to get websites featured on big blogs (sponsored posts) besides payperpost, as in which PR company to talk to or which website to visit.
