Snag the offenders IPs. Show them the real site. Show their "customers" a message that says "Company XYZ Is Committing Theft. You may want to reconsider doing business with these thieves, they can't even afford to buy software for their website"
Quick tip: easiest way to "stop" pirating of software is to require the software to pull certain data back from your servers where customers are able to login and everybody else is locked out. Making them edit a few crucial settings (payment options, products, prices etc) on your servers will make unlicensed copies nearly useless and can be marketed as assisted or remote management.
