Paying for video testimonials on Fiverr - How do I make it legal/legit?

Thanks for all the input guys. I will definitely consider talking to an internet lawyer familiar with FTC rules and regulations. I read the blog at directresponse.net and he is always recommending the lawyers at Venable LLP. Anyone work with them before?
^^Yea this is what I am planning to do. I've put so much time and energy into making this a high quality product I don't know if I should fuck it up with these paid testimonials. I'm thinking I can do some guest posts on an authority site and giveaway 5-10 samples of the product in exchange for hopefully some testimonials.

If you're going to use an Internet lawyer, you should use the Chuck Norris of Internet Lawyers, Aaron Kelly.
If you can afford them, yes. Talk to Ari Rothman over there, he's a good guy. I have no shame referring business to them, and a lot of people have both my firm and venable on retainer.
