Paying for video testimonials on Fiverr - How do I make it legal/legit?

Thanks for all the input guys. I will definitely consider talking to an internet lawyer familiar with FTC rules and regulations. I read the blog at directresponse.net and he is always recommending the lawyers at Venable LLP. Anyone work with them before?

Make paid testimonials to launch, but once you have enough people out there happily using your products replace the fake testimonials with real ones.

^^Yea this is what I am planning to do. I've put so much time and energy into making this a high quality product I don't know if I should fuck it up with these paid testimonials. I'm thinking I can do some guest posts on an authority site and giveaway 5-10 samples of the product in exchange for hopefully some testimonials.

If you can afford them, yes. Talk to Ari Rothman over there, he's a good guy. I have no shame referring business to them, and a lot of people have both my firm and venable on retainer.

I am willing to try out your products and tell you what I think. I currently am actively testing:
- RealDolls
- Dildos
- Anal beads
- Butt plugs
- Prostate stimulators
- Lubricants
- Anything related to penis enlargement
- Anything named "berry" and is related to weight loss
