I have a few customers who have asked if they can pay for products using cash or money orders. I don't want to accept things in the mail for this particular site, so is there any way to accept a money order online or to let them convert it into electronic money that they can spend on PayPal?

people who cant manage to get a paypal account are not the ones youd like to deal with. just turn em away

Only in the Dallas area now, but Paypal made a partnership with Coinstar and "Paypal Enabled" the machines that you dump your coins (and bills) into..Info here.

Western Union has a small business account program, but they only take electronic checks...no cash, no money orders.

I suppose you could look into BillMeLater...seems a shame to encourage your customers to do that though.

You can look at LEC billing.

From Wikipedia:
LEC billing is a form of billing for internet-based or other usually electronic services where the user is charged through his account with the local telephone company (also known as the Local Exchange Carrier), rather than directly from the provider of the service.

Thanks for the responses. I told a couple of them to try the PayPal giftcards. Curious what the availability is like on those because I've bought lots of Visa cards and never noticed PayPal ones before.

@directresponse Is there any way to bill to someone's cellphone bill? Basically like how ringtone offers do it, but a processor that would allow you to do it for anything? For products targeted at teens this would be perfect.
