Not just paypal but all merchant processors. Dont comply or ignor and the bank is required to keep 28% of your money. Amazing how these laws get sneaked in there.

I highly doubt prison for $127k, they are more interested in getting their money. But, if he was making that kind of cash, why didn't he just get a personal accountant to take care of that stuff? If the IRS hasn't found you yet, it's not too late to make right.

Paypal has to report the money they made off your Uncle through processing fees. Of course the IRS will know about his money.
