personal named email

Hello to all!!
would like to know how can i make a personal email instead of one that comes from my ISP: (@yahoo.com, @Google.com) and make it like this; myname@my programname.com
any one can help me there??

If you have purchased your domain and hosting account, your ISP might provide an interface like webmail.yourdomain.com. A quick look on your hosting site docs would help you out.
