Seriously though, This whole thing about pot drives me up the fucking wall. I would not for one moment want to have the life of a pro-athlete. can you imagine how stressful it'd actually be?
Constantly having to keep to a strict daily regime of exercise and a specific diet, and not actually going out to party all that much, etc etc. It's not this great life, and all the money in the world doesn't make it any better when you've got no time to spend it in, or friends to spend it with.

I have a buddy who was a 1st round draft pick in the NFL & played 9 yrs. The guy lived like a king, had women throwing themselves at him and now in his late 30's living off of biz & investments he made when he was a player. + he put all his siblings through college & moved his mom to a better area. He never whined or complained when he played ball.
Don't get DUIs, don't do illegal drugs(steroids) and don't break the law is basically it. Seems a reasonable trade for millions of dollars and lifetime economic freedom in your 20s.
You messed up Phelps, your a role model to millions, an American Ambassador to the intl amateur athletic community, and a star that children aspire too...I want my bong back on Friday!
