Phone app pay per install affiliates?

So I'm pretty sure I get tons of installs for phone apps, is there a good network I can look into for this? I've heard of some offering $3-4 per install. Anyone know where to look for this?

There is quite a bit floating around right now. I've seen emails from both Matomy and Adperio carrying these types of offers.
