photoshop highlight

I want to take a print screen of a web page and then bring it into photoshop. I then want to highlight some of the text in yellow. how can I do this in photoshop?

add layer, use marquee tool to select "highlight" area, fill with bright yellow, change layers opacity to 30% (or whatever looks good) - get real fancy and select the color of the text with the magic wand (just click on a letter), select menu > select similar, create a layer mask on "highlight" layer and then mask out the letters - will look better (won't have 30% yellow over the letters).
