phpbb - How do I change theme / style on another forum?

I'm on another forum which uses phpbb and they've just recently moved hosting and changed all the styles, look, theme etc.

I'd quite like to go back to a style that I know well - are there any decent plugins for FF or Chrome that easily allow me to edit it and share the new CSS with other members?
