Also I would make copies of his site. There are content compare loggers out there that I would use also to prove in court that he copied word for word. In some cases you could get a lot of money from him and or they could dig into the amount of sales that he technically stole from you and get paid on those.. But this is usually only in extreme cases.

Save all of his site information!!! Bring it to a judge! Even if you dont have a lawyer setup and file the paper work against this nut!!!!! Remember Plagiarism is BAD MMMKK!!!

Agreed, it is my fault. The reason why I didn't flip a tit last time was because I knew they wouldn't be able to fully re-create what we're doing in terms of marketing - and as far I know they haven't come close.

But I'm just tired of this shit.

I've been pm'd by a mod, as well as a reputable member that says I should contact a lawyer before outing him... So, sorry, there probably won't be any pillaging today, as fun as that would be.
 
Stalk him on Facebook, find out what his favorite movie is. Tell him it that watching that movie sucks worse than getting kicked in the balls.

Then, when he tells you it doesn't on the phone, drive to his house and when he opens the door, take a steel toe to his nuts, hand him the dvd of the same movie and ask him to "prove it".

Or you could just out him.

If anything from his server is calling something on your server, then .htaccess redirect that file to your site's index page and you've stolen his traffic.

Check your server logs and do it now.
 
First take screen shots of the evidence and talk to an attorney. If he does not have any thing then you will not get anything even if you win a judgement. The goal should be to get the infringing site and content taken down.
