as a newb to POF I was curious how the actual ads look like when they're served to users and where are the located? I signed for a POF account but at first glace I couldn't figure out where all the ads were lol

Did you ever visited signup/login page ads.pof.com ?? Check the third pic. If u signed up with your own dating a/c, it may take awhile for they to show up.
 
Definitely would like the freedom to set the frequency cap below 5. I tested my campaign on frequency cap 1 against 2 and 3, guest what? 1 ftw. Now I had to set it at 5 and my profits drastically decreased...
 
@marc, any fees or restrictions to accounts from overseas ?

is anyone able to get anywhere over 10-15K impressions an hour? i'm targeting reasonably and volume is still my biggest problem.
 
lol @ people gettin pissed.. what the fuck did you expect?

if there are noticeable discrepancies (above 10%) then pull up raw lags and show them proof or you are sore out of luck (and dumb for not tracking, like mentioned above)
 
it looks as if the ad approvers are retarded and there are way too many things fucked up with this platform. I'll spend my time elsewhere for now.
 
Who is Benzamin@POF? I'd like to personally ask him why he thinks a Christian Matching site is a porn site and I shouldn't be advertising it on POF?
EDIT: I just noticed defilice's post above me. Markus - If you want to run your platform successfully get rid of these retarded ad approvers.
 
Ad approval is ridiculous. Latest one something about image not relating to the product being sold. Its a picture of sexy legs! The product is suppose to give bitches sexy legs. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuu........

15-20k is about the max I can get on a targeted demographic.

Untargeted is a different story but you can't do too much with that.

I failed too. $200. Oh well live and learn.
 
So I keep getting emails telling me I need to replenish my PoF account with funds daily even though I've received zero impressions and not a single cent has been spent from what I added. I figured I'd bump up my bid, but still no luck. No impressions and still getting emails telling me to add funds. What gives?
