Markus, excellent job on rapidly improving your platform. In some ways, it is (significantly) superior to other networks. I'm impressed by the speed of the interface (not overdoing the AJAX, big win) and the quick stats updates.

You can really blow it out with much thorough stats reporting. Reporting that allows us to really analyze spend, imps, CTR, velocity of traffic delivery, etc. over any chosen period of time (preferably on as low as an ad-by-ad level) will be amazing.

Happy Thanksgiving and keep up the good work.

We really need daily costs, I am probably not the only one that is experimenting with bids and changing throughout the day.

This makes trying to figure out costs a pain.

As previously mentioned, the lack of a bid estimate feature and reach estimate feature makes advertising on the system a complete pain. I'm bidding .61 right now in an effort to get the most amount of impressions and I can't even tell how big my demo is or if i'm grossly overpaying. If something like what facebook has is implemented the system would be nearly perfect in my eyes.

For campaigns that got over 1000 clicks you can now download a partial click log on the manage creatives page containing 500 clicks and their associated demographics they are randomly drawn from all the clicks a campaign got. We don't want to give out more info because of privacy concerns, this way everything is still anonymous. We will add more columns later.

How long for ad approval then... Status = Running but i dont think that's right.
Im not the one for nagging, just curious ;)

Ads are constantly being approved, if you click on the campaign name you can see reasons for why each ad was rejected or if its pending approval.

Got the following as a reason of ad denial:

Prohibited Content: Ad contains prohibited content (adult dating site, free sites, etc...)

The ad was for a menopause trial. there are plenty of trial offers on the site and there are plenty of 'other' dating offers. I won't out them but can explain in PM if required.

seems that the approval process isn't very consistent.

I'm in the process of writing a guide for the self serve platform now... should be released to EWA members next week. I've been using this traffic soruce for awhile now - I indirectly know the owner through some of my business partners and they offered some affordable media buying solutions for POF before releasing the self serve too...

Great site to advertise on if your asking me, and there are a bunch of cool tricks you can do with it. The platform still needs some work but if you can bare past it's glitches you can ball out... reminds me of the good ole' myads days.

Markus, is your ad approval team using proxies when looking at landing pages? ie if an ad targets the UK, are they looking through a UK proxy, in case the page is geo-targetted, so US/CAN traffic could be going to a different offer entirely?

With only 6 countries to cover this should not be too hard. WorldProxy202 covers all but NZ and IR, so just need to find proxies for those.

If you can get that happening it would be a nice feature, as its a constant hassle with other platforms, requiring switching links after approval or a redirect script, both of which creates other problems.

Markus, one more thing - a bunch of ads I created earlier today seem to have disappeared - the campaigns are there, but when I click on them there is nothing under "Your Creatives".
Is this a bug or is that how ads are until they get approved? I thought it should say "Pending Approval" in there or something, but its just blank.

Campaigns/ads I created earlier are all running as they should (or are dissapproved, which these were not), its just this last lot of 5.

It was easy money. Too bad it is over now. Now it is the vultures' turn.

"The file you uploaded was too small (less than 10KB)"

This needs to be fixed. I have a lot of pics I've been using that are around 4K in size.

That ridiculous 10k file limit has been removed. Some more reporting was added, click on impressions lifetime or dailly to see more details.

I uploaded 4 ads with images which all looked good and compliant etc just gone back in to check the status and it now says: Needs Creatives against each one

Can't really see what i have done wrong here. I Click on the Needs Creative link now and a new Add Creative template comes up. Does this mean i have got to start over?

Confused, would appreciate some guidance Markus. Thanks!

Excellent to see the additional reporting. On the new daily/lifetime impressions stats page, the CTR seems to be off by two decimal places.
