^^^ Its 20% monthly turn over in users unlike facebook or elsewhere. So its really a steady stream of new users.

Markus, is there a penalty for having a low overall campaign CTR which results in less impressions for all existing and all new creatives added to that campaign?

It's all about bids. Your CTR doesn't matter since you will pay the same either way.

Is it the same deal with them as it is with FB where once you get a good CTR, you can decrease bids and still maintain the same amount of impressions?

Because of right now, I'm finding that upping the bid isn't giving me enough impressions for what I'm paying.

No, since your high CTR doesn't get them more money.

wtf is with the frequency cap not working AT ALL. I have my ads showing on every single pageview on a frequency capped campaign at 3

How are you guys paying your balance on POF?

I was looking at my PLUM card statement and they are charging me fees because of the currency transfer crap?

Any suggestions on how to avoid this?

I'm not aware of a way around it. I get hit with a 3% foreign transaction fee on every deposit, regardless of the amount. Kinda shitty
