My point was sexual predators often target societies most vunerable. IE individuals who are socially isolated, maybe from broken family units often with behavioral issues, a history or substance abuse and no support base. Young men and women that fit into that demographic are often marginalised police and social services.
This does not excuse the actions of the men involved for a second.
My point is there is a growing, staggering, amount of predators coming out of a certain group.
