Don't get all emotional. I'm not insulting your country but only the idiots thought this up. Yes, some infractions like reckless driving are subjective but to determine speed based on vision alone is insane.
 
This is the dumbest ruling ever. Next thing you know they will be locking people up because they look like the might have taken drugs.

it shows something though... it takes a fucking stupid septic to come up with the idea and it takes thousands more to accept it... I mean really... who would be fucking stupid enough not to challenge that in court... cops on medicine, long hours, low resources, cannot do job as there is not enough training... you could disprove these fines in court I am sure...
 
Ok in all fairness sometimes you really can tell a dude (dudette --personally, I only trust the dudettes who are wearing fireproof underware) who is speeding visually -- I mean if your going 110 in a 40 -- its pretty fuckin noticable. Having said that -- this really sucks. I used to own my own racetrack -- it was called: the City of Yonkers (ny). It was the best city in the NE if you were into speed sports.
