As someone who doesn't understand what the fuck is going on in this thread, I think poopie is doing exactly what he said he would and what he should be doing - a journal. This isn't an options course, it's a journal. By making it public he is allowing the people who want to learn bad enough a peek into his methodology, and that's it. Now its up to you to figure out what the fuck all of it means. If you ever expect to successfully trade options (or whatever the fuck this shit is), then I would imagine you will need to spend a lot of time deciphering this shit anyway, or you wouldn't be knowledgeable enough to not do a MGrunin.

I appreciate the support, but it's negative sum to post trades here. I posted a retail front end to show that retail can trade 1st gen exotics. That was ridiculed by a guy who files a 1040EZ.

1st gen exotics are what you get to when you are capacity constrained on listed stuff. It's a natural progression to go OTC. That may be too subtle for some. No, I don't make my living from bom/binary.com --- it was to show the trogs that you can achieve virtually the same pricing that I trade interbank. There is a taxation arbitrage, so the pricing often nets to be better than interbank.

Again, the intention of the journal was to post a bunch of listed option trades, post the risk, and briefly cover the methodology. Perhaps build some API links to IBTWS and automate some things. The exotics were an afterthought but are easy for journal purposes as they trade 24h and there is no variance on fills. And I could add some color (barrier defenses, etc.) as they are the majority of my applied-capital at work.

Anyway, UG you have my thanks as you stated my initial intent perfectly. Galacon, joe, and ice as well. The rest of you can fuck off.
