Porno Adware leads to substitute teacher facing jail time

Teacher's porn conviction sparks tech debate - CNN.com

Some sub in CT left her computer for a minute, some kids went on a few sites and she comes back and starts going on sites and porn popups start appearing. She was convicted for exposing 7th graders to porno and now faces 40 years in jail.

The prosecution asserted that she intentionally accessed the porn but this seems unlikely because who the fuck goes on porn sites in front of little kids? And either way, no one seems to understand computers, apparently the computer in question was never checked for spyware... So gay.
 


wtf. 40 years? it happened by accident. what the fuck is wrong with people. they need to get the pickle out of their asses.
 
there is so much fucking stupid people in the world with "power" and over reacting, things like this, or the aqua teen hunger force ads and that catholic teacher that wrote erotic vampire books under a sudo name and now is going to lose her job because someone found out it was her and told her boss, I mean there is so much things that is just fucking retarded who the hell cares what these people do on there own time when not at work or how the hell do u think a led sign is a bomb? I mean wtf, use your brain, get off the damn couch and do something other then watch tv.
 
She wont serve 40...outherwise our legal system is really fucked up. We're trying spread democracy, freedom, and liberty all over the world yet there is so much work to do here.
 
for those of you who didn't read the article it was kinda amusing at points altho overall VERY scary. the school stopped paying support for the firewall spyware blocker on that computer just recently. if anyone is upset kids saw a pic of a blowjob, the school should get fired not the sub teacher. the same people stupid enough to click on ads covering our arbi pages and buy things thru spam are going to be on this lady's jury.

that is true, the expert they cite says shell serve either no time or 1 year to 18 months... which would be seriously fucked up

That's complete bullshit. Just from my high school days I remember kids looking at stuff like that daily. Just because each and every incident doesn't get reported doesn't mean it never happens. What a fuckin tool. It'll be a real shame if this teacher gets jail time.
