Post 5,000: Nothing Special, Just Ranting

Fucking Crossfit...been doing it for 2 years now and I am always the last guy done in the class. That is unless some noob shows up. It's quite embarrassing, I have to say.

Good stuff though bro. I always like your gifs, and retarded memes. You complete me....

Just keep at it man. I was that same guy too 3 years ago. Asthma didn't help. Sometimes I still cum last with running WOD's lol.

Congrats man, not sure why a lot of people avoid the gym, you see some fine girls there. Not like I hit on them or anything, I just give them the Dwight Wink, and in return its weird, most guys wink back at me rather than the girls.

My challenge lately: Stop saying you'll do something, and just do it.
...

It struck a chord in me - and pointed out the crap I say.

My motivation/resolve/whathaveyou increased after reading your post, such that I got back to Doing The Things.

I quoted your 5k ass-kick to provide context for this...

TL;DR: Don't talk about the things you're going to do.

A good week ago I decided that the "too cool for books" mindset was a truly dipshit outlook. I bought 10 or so books the other day - some self help, some comics, some fiction, ect.

I'm just about finished with this one and it's helped me more than I could have imagined:

It really helped me develop an overall productive and stress-free mindset. There's an actual process to it:

No more stress headaches, less drinking, and my overall productivity is through the roof. I seriously couldn't look at my to-do list without having a mild anxiety attack before reading this. Don't knock it, it may help some of you.
