Post Your Desktop: 2010 Edition

It's been over a year since the last time I did this, so why not make it a tradition for the third year in a row? If someone has done this since then, I missed it, sorry.

You know the drill, take a screenshot of your desktop, post it, done. Since the last thread I've went from XP/Linux to Windows 7... and now back to Linux. Click the image for full size.

Minimal, I can't stand wallpapers usually. I find them really distracting. 50% of actual size which is 1 x 24" and 1 x 17" in portrait mode. There's another 17" on the left size for a second PC that is just email, music, etc.

I hate seeing the taskbar and icons and any windows I keep open are always maximized so I don't get distracted. I just use Humanized > Enso and executor.dk to launch programs and alt+tab to switch between them. It works out great.

It also makes switching between different OSes a lot easier because I just download say QuickSilver for OS X or Gnome Do on linux and I'm good to go.

I don't like busy wallpapers, but a solid color drives me kinda nuts too. I prefer something subtle. The "left" screen is above the "right" screen on my desk. On the right is a separate PC monitor, and on the left is a 32" LCD TV. The top screen is where I keep "resident" programs that I may need to see but aren't "work" apps. Network monitor, Winamp, Trillian, IRC, etc.

I saved the blueblack.jpg from above, I might switch to that sometime, but I'd have to change the color to make it more subdued.
