Most make good money building house....YOu ever try buying cheap house then flip them??? thats what my wife wants to do...

I've done it with a personal house. I haven't had the money to do a seperate house. We made like $20k off the one we did, but the market was nucking futs then.

YEa i know...i watching on TLC the other day man this guy pay about 700,000 dollars for a house in LA Cali.. then flip if for about a cool 400,000 profit will after paying the everyone still about 300,000:drinkup:
