PPC-Coach Review

The coach forums used to be decent at best. I was a member of both PPV Coach & PPC Coach for a short time. I quit because there were problems with the services that never seemed to get solved. Hell, in the 4 months I was a PPV Coach member I don't think there was a single person that got the tracker working properly. Even in a premium forum such as PPV Coach I'd have to say that the majority of the value was provided by the other members rather than any turds of wisdom Will dropped. Plain and simple, Will was too busy building new coaching sites, ranting & running Wotogepa to provide much (if any) value to his membership base. IMHO, There are MUCH better resources out there for anyone looking to get started.

This is one of the reasons I couldn't stick around either. I was an unpaid mod for a long time and enjoyed helping others out, but the backlash people received for being honest was ridiculous.

I also got tired of seeing him disappear while the mods struggled to handle his site that he was getting paid for. He went on vacation once and never told us, then he got back and threw a fit because we couldn't reach him. Made it sound like it was perfectly fine that he went on vacation without letting us know. But the fact that he got mad at us for questioning him on that was icing on the cake.

It's also funny how he won't reply to PM's for days and then hit the person back with "good question, post it on the forum :)" type responses, yet he goes onto other forums and posts full on arguments with people. I never understood that stuff.

LOL I always found the irony in his "everyone else copies us" and how "original" his site is, yet I do remember reading one of your posts about how he basically just ripped you guys off. He claims we ripped him off because we use vBulletin Permissions with a cron job........ something that vB was built with wayyyy back in the day, yet he acts like he created it.
 
I was a member for about 7 months. What a lot of people wrote here is true. The videos are good if you are a total noob. But the tools were always buggy and silly. More of a gimmick than anything. People would complain about the tools not working and instead of simply fixing them, you would get responses back like "forget about the tools for now... if you can't figure them out, don't bother with them." Clearly, side-stepping the issue. WTF am I paying for?

Another really lame thing is the techniques. Month 1 is polls. People would always complain they couldn't get them to work. Response was always "work harder. Don't give up. They work!". What's funny is in quite a few success stories, the successful guy invariably said he could never get polls to work. Will would chime in immediately afterward with something like: "Polls were meant to teach you the processes, that's all." It was stupid shit like this that bugged me.

The suggestion forum was another joke. You suggest something and you get negativity back. I never saw him outright insult someone in public, but I have seem him respond negatively many times. He asks for suggestions or people complain about stuff and he belittles them. These people are PAYING CUSTOMERS. It is really a stupid way to run a business. How many times are you going to see the same question before you realize: "Gee. Maybe people are having trouble with this and I should do something!" Hurr durrrr

But the gayest thing of all? Lots of new techniques were added before I quit. The retarded part was they were almost all relying on SEO for building traffic. WTF? Is this PPC Coach or SEO Coach?

I would say, however, I did learn some good stuff. The real value on that forum is the people. People are very friendly and helpful. You can ask a dumb ass question without people replying just to make a jerkoff comment. You can't do that on Wickedfire. There are a lot of smart successful people here, but also a lot of assholes and internet tough guys. For noobs, PPC Coach is a great place to get your feet wet. But if you have thick skin and don't mind wading through all of the inevitable bullshit, WF can teach you WAY more for free.

Yeah, that would be me. I didn't want to go that route as I had no issues with him, personally. Unfortuantely he went around spreading lies about me, my partner and our Business... then banned people at PPCC when they stood up to tell the truth, didn't agree with him or even PROMOTED us on their own, personal blogs. So, as a result, I decided to air out the dirty laundry, publicly. He really left me no choice. He continues to do so, although he claimed he would stop.
