PPC facebook-esk ad Management

Does any one know of another social networking sites where you can micro-manage your ppc campaigns in the same way as facebook? (ie, region, gender, age,) I'm working for a web company that only wants to target women in NYC between 18-50. Any ideas?

Checkout Linkedin, but its on a CPM basis not PPC.

Any one have any experience with adBrite? You target by sex,age,gender,income, and ethnicity. Linkedin looks good thanks, Frank.
