PPC - Need Startup Suggestions

I am about to start PPC campaigns on Google, I figure I should try and get one of those vouchers to get going as it's free money. Anyone know where / how to go about getting some for new accounts?

Looking for Adwords, Adcenter, YSM vouchers.
