Is it better to promote rebill type offers on PPC Search engines or Ad networks. I see tons of them on both but I thought Search engines are clamping down on these fake blogs, articles, review sites. And I do see tons of banner ads on ad networks. I don't have a huge budget so where should I focus first. Am I fucked?
