PPV Traffic

Now that google slaps have been hittin off prty much every affiliate, what's the PPV source of choice? Which as good international targeting..I see ad for CPV Cost Per View Advertising, Contextual Advertising, PPV any good? Thanks in advance, I'm sure others will find this useful as well.

The only PPV source I would use is MediaTraffic. I guess TrafficVance is decent but the guy that runs it is an arrogant prick.

My .02 cents... You can blow through a lot of money quickly with PPV if you don't know what you are doing. And to test it properly you need a good amount of coin.
