AdmanageBrett, looks like you have problems with billing, it says billing address I stated in application and CC address don't match which is BS cause this CC WAS ACCEPTED everywhere. It may not have $100 though (then why not write just that, not BS about address), I will use other, but anyway I think it's DirectCPV bug.
Media Traffic is very picky in advertiser countries, not sure why. From what I compare they maybe a bit more good than DirectCPV.
