Writing: +++ Exactly what was promised. The Joomla posted content appears hand-written, not spun, and further, has correct spelling and grammar.
Diversity: +++ With google smacking wordpress-based networks left and right, having a different type of platform in the mix seems prudent. This package delivers on that, with Joomla-based blogs. Also, the OP let me submit 8 different keywords to use with the url...
Weebly Addon: + This adds a bit more link platform diversity as well. The writing on these wasn't as good as the main links, but as mentioned in the OP, these weebly sites are already backlinked, and indexed. A big plus, since you won't have to get them indexed yourself.
Delivery: Total of 5 business days / 8 calendar days. Well within what was promised.
Too early for any SERP results, but since everyone seems to be after diversity, and this package is a good fit.

The PR's are as stated with 1 PR5 and 2 PR4's. The weebly articles were included.
