Text Reading can be Time consuming and Boring activity.Many peoples are lazy read privacy policy text.. But we should read and understand privacy policy.if any where have privacy policy they make sure protect all users.
Before any thing start please make sure rules and regulations.it overcome many problems.

I think it should be either one or the other, not both. And it should be focus on itraders. A buyer who got a lot of purchases and was vouched for by many sellers should be eligible even if he doesn't post stuff here all the time.
 
They just changed this rule about 2 weeks ago as I can see. It is now a sticky thread for this section. It was rather shocking to be banned without even getting any kind of warning. I don't waste my time posting crap to the message boards; I am here to do business.

I still don't think it makes sense to ban users for asking for a review copy, vendors should be the ones responsible for adhering to the rules here if they are going to sell. I don't think either of us did anything wrong intentionally it should just be made clear to all vendors that they can only offer reviews that meet or exceed this criteria. If you are selling you should have to agree to this term and not put it on the customer / buyer as their responsibility to know this.

Either way, thank you for the work. I do have one question though. If you see my review I went through all the links, I only found 1 PR over 4, the rest were 3,2, or even 0. The ad does say this is for PR5+ Linkwheel. So technically I really didn't get what I ordered. Can this be fixed? Can anyone else verify the PR of this Linkwheel?

Always i find new fresh link list and use them for build profile link wheel.after harvest link checked PR i stored link in Excel sheet.my link building partner build links for me.if this Pr checking problem is mine i fixed it.i will checked and i am kind for confirm it.
