Got my report. Here is my review.

Speed:
Very fast turn around. Less than an hour. 5/5
communication:
I gave him payment and details. He confirmed. Nuff said. 5/5
Price:
Good price for edu links if they stick 5/5
quality:
all links had anchor text in place. 10 normal profiles plus the bonus PR9.
issues:
one of the profiles was listed twice - so only 9 profile links delivered
The stated PR is of the main domain, however all the profiles are on subdomains with much lower ranks. Breakdown was two PR6, two PR5, two PR4, one PR2, one PR0 and two N/A 3/5
overall: great link package for the price - more than worth the money 4/5.

I am a repeat customer of his - thats about the highest praise I can give.

I received my report and ran it through a link checker. Each link was present with the correct anchor text. The PR's listed are for the top domain's, not each individual page, which was expected for the price. This should be obvious to anyone who knows what's what in backlinking. Communication was great on his end, as he let me know each step of the way what was going on. Very professional. It's a good deal if you want some edu's sprinkled in your backlink portfolio.
 
No offense but what is so special about this offer?
I can create manually 10 profiles on .edu forums in like 10 minutes
For example, google this: phpBB inurl:edu
Plenty of edu forums, including yale, mit, stanford and many others, all open for new registrations. And that is just phpBB, there are plenty other forum types.
Of course if you are to busy to register yourself, then this is perfect for you, no doubt.

If you are too much free or have much intelligence? Go and find some .EDU PR4++ Profiles links with following conditions.

1) All must be do-follow
2) Publicly visible that is after log out anybody can see that profile.
3) All must be PR4++
4) All can contain 3 links to any website
5) All must allow anchors tags not only a link (PHPBB only allows link not an anchor)
6) They should be profile links

If you can find 10 of these .EDU links and which you find are not in my list then I will pay you $1 for each profile link.
