I would definitely like to see you slow down your posting of these. Not even 22 hours in and my post is already on the pr n/a 2nd page.
Also, your site is only displaying the latest 10 articles, not 15 as mentioned in the introduction.

Thanks for pointing that out. A few months back I switched it to 10 posts and for some reason thought it was 15 still. That's been fixed, sorry about that.
Most posts have gotten 1-3 days. I'm not sure which one was yours since I couldn't find your username on the orders but I believe it's one of the ones that popped back on the front now that I changed it back to 15. I see the issue was there were 12 posted on the 5th and since it was set to only 10 on homepage 2 of them rolled off so looks like that's what happened. My bad.

Customer service 4.5/5 - Would have been a 5/5 but the report was sent to the incorrect email address specified on the order form. Not a big deal, but worth .5 in my opinion
Content 4/5 - The content flowed well and it seemed that it was written by a native english speaker. Not award winning insightful content, but good.
Results 5/5 - The day after the report was sent I saw a nice bump in the serps for the targeted keyword. Solid PR 5 domain.
Overall a solid service which I will use again in the future for additional projects.
