Hey this is an Amazing Domain.
The content quality will be good, as this isn't a spin article on multiple domains.
I would pay the full price gladly.
Don't need to review the rest of the stuff like communication et al.. You can look at the other reviews for that. M0rtal is a pretty reputed guy here, and he won't short change on any of those.
What I would like to comment on is the quality of the domain.
I would have developed it and kept the links myself.
This has some pretty old Back links.
And this was a very trusty domain, and something worth developing, for the authority that it still may have.
This is a very short domain, and in my books, short domains are gold when it comes to non-niche articles.
So I approve of this blog.
Also, he has been hitting the blog with new links, that is pretty cool.
My suggestion:
If I was M0rtal, I would rebuilt the old pages.
At least create the pages with the old URL and add some filler content.
This has some authoritative pages that needs to be rebuilt.
You can certain use Pages, and these old pages have long permalinks and .html extension
I would lose no time in doing so..
Please don't lose those pages..

Sorry but not at this time. I want to keep the content quality high and allowing people to submit their own articles would slow me down too much since I'd have to read them all...or have someone read them.

Keyword get 8,100 exact match searches in US.
CPC is $25+
So yeah it is pretty damn competitive.

As blogspotter has noted already this PR6 is real nice domain. Article was amazing quality with a nice image. You can see incredible attention to details that m0rtal has put into this domain. It looks better than many people's money sites do!

Just want to keep the obl lower...adding a 2nd link in there would increase the obl by another 15...which would make it 45 obl on homepage, which is a bit much for my liking.
