The new blogpost will have PR0-N/A, because it's new. It will pick up juice from the domain and any SEO work you put to it and you will have to wait for the next PR update.

Just a quick review:

I ordered this and the turnaround time was quick. The article was as I submitted it, and on the homepage of a PR6 site. The links were working. I had neglected to proofread it thoroughly enough and found mistakes after I submitted it a couple or few times, but they were good enough to correct them as I needed!
