I know I always look for weird stuff and trust me I google the shit out of things before I'm asking.

I'm looking to start doing in-person pitches on ipads rather then a projector. Is there an app where you can import a powerpoint presentation and control it on your ipad while giving the people being pitched ipads that can only view what I'm presenting. In other words lets say there are 10 people in a room. I'm the presenter, and 9 people from a company i'm pitching. I distribute 9 ipads in presentation mode and then they see my slides/videos etc from the ipad I give them but i'm in complete control from mine....seems like a badass way to present.

Any thought on how to actually do this? Any apps?

Just found this: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/conference-pad/id377782792?mt=8&ign-mpt=uo=8

Does look like what you are looking for, I have not tested it though but I find the idea very interesting. Let me know if it works if you give it a try.

Hand everyone an iPad already logged into GotoMeeting, or another remote desktop sharing program?

Thats probably the easiest solution but it's problematic if you are somewhere with no/poor internet. You arent going to ask a client to get on their wifi (that's ghetto and they may or may not know how). You can get a hotspot but again if you are in a place with poor reception you are screwed.

The solution that would make the most sense would be you preload the presentation to each ipad then somehow use bluetooth to control them all. Least amount of possible trouble.

the further i dig into this rabbit hole the messier it gets....NOTHING can sync video

A mixer should take care of this. I don't know one that has wireless networking connectivity, but something like that should work and must exist, although the price should be high.
