Not doing a full on review as the changes on my site were to drastic to attribute results to one or another thing, however:

I used Steve's service on an EMD site that used to rank quite well but recently saw some drops. I did a full restructuring of the site with new copy across the board and pushed a 'PR campaign' about our new site with Steve.
Communication was good and overall I am quite happy with his service and will use it again when I need some more PR work.

Looking at some nice recuperation (page 3 to page 1, nowhere to page 3) - but once again - cant attribute this to the service alone.
