both looks nice but you can't use your own affiliates programs apparently

Ask someone on your freelancing site of choice to add your affiliate code to the redirected link. If you're part of the affiliate programs it'll be easy for them to do.

To answer CallOnMe's question: the admin panel uses specific affiliate programs, yes. If you want to use another program, you can edit the HTML of the main pages to put another embeddable search form instead of the default ones.
