Here I am smack dab middle of a moral dilemma.

I would also run, but still make sure you get paid. It sounds more like an excuse to me than anything. The signature person is out of the country so they have to delay the check. If you are a proper business then you will not delay you checks due to one person going on holiday, seems ridiculous. Also I would recommend never counting on just one or a few networks for all your revenue. Spread your risk a bit and good luck.

Definitely, its not a major source of revenue for me at all but since they paid that first time I figured I'd see if anyone here knew em. Campaigns were good margins too. Currently there is a hold on the paypal payment. Who knows. I havent tested Ads4Dough yet, seems like its in good regard here?

So now they are disputing the money they sent you?

No legitimate Affiliate Network has just one check signer leaving the country...at least not before signing all the checks. I'm assuming this was for your September activity. All affiliate stats should be in and reconciled by now so they know exactly who they are paying and how much they are paying for the previous month's activity. They cannot effectively run a business without knowing how much they themselves netted the previous month. Shady. You're lucky if you receive payment.

Surprise to all you skeptics!

Looks like the second time was a charm as the payment has gone through. From what I gather it was an honest mix up and people traveling. A little strange/slow but they have made it work. I am back to a happy affiliate.
