I've seen this guy before. I think he's from France. He's got balls. Sad thing is that if he were to do some of these stunts in America he would get shot by the police.

LMAO I notice that he's a very fast runner. :D

A lot of the ideas are similar to Dom Joly's Trigger Happy TV which was on a few years earlier. He adds his own twist to it though...
