Do you have the ability to create backlinks with anchor text with your account?

No, yahoo answers does allow that. You will receive a link from a strong Pr site. Yahoo answers rank really well but there links are no-follow.

I'm really sorry for taking so long to leave you some kind words on this thread that you definitely deserve...

The answers I got were great, and coming from Yahoo they are definitely of great value.

The turnaround time was very fast, but I didn't check my email for a while which is why it took me so long to write something here. I apologize for this.
