Prosper 1.5

The license was CC-by-nc-sa i believe so yeah it can be forked no problem as long as its still open source and non commercial. Problem is no one really wants to manage it :D

Just spoke to Wes he said he glanced at and it looks clean, but he hasn't gone through it with a fine comb, so there could be some shit. Future releases i would be very weary of. Use at your own risk.

I should look at the prosper license tonorrow. I wonder if it can be forked and properly open sourced for real.

Clickbooth already forked it and called it XTracks. They added support for multiple accounts.

this. tracking202 is overkill
this. i rewrote prosper at the beginning of the year to my tastes and pretty much culled most of the stuff/pages there. there is something in the paradym of not being all things to all men but just doing the core, well.

I don't use 202 so somebody with the source for 1.3.2 and 1.5 would have to do it but you could throw both branches into a subversion repository and do a diff to see what if any bloosky tinfoil hat code was added.

I diffed them and didn't see anything fishy but I didn't look that hard either cause it's boring lol

could you send me the diff? i'd enjoy reading through it, but dont have a copy of 1.3.2 downloaded. thanks

I would but I used a program to do it and it doesn't give text versions just a visual compare with files. Beyond compare 2

Interesting. Anyone know whether there's any Clickbooth spy stuff going on in that one? Anyone using it?
Why would you use it? It's pretty much tracking202.com. It just depends, who do you trust more - Clickbooth or Bloosky?

Go the self hosted route.

This is for self-hosting. Just thought they may have added some features that were not in the original.

hmmm Just updated and I have to say the grouping feature is AWESOME but they should allow more options on grouping.

He's now the head tech guy of bloosky so I don't think he would rape our keywords.
